Sample Orders

  • Sample orders are prepared after product availability and order details are confirmed.
  • Available express shipping or buyer-appointed freight forwarder options are confirmed based on the shipment size and destination.
  • Tracking or shipment information is provided after dispatch when supported by the selected shipping method.

Wholesale Orders

  • Preparation or production lead time depends on the selected Item No., quantity, product options, packaging and customization requirements.
  • Express, air freight, sea freight or a buyer-appointed freight forwarder may be arranged based on the shipment size and destination.
  • Warehouse labels, carton marks and delivery requirements should be provided before order preparation or production begins.

Customs & Import Charges

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and local taxes are generally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
